"Beyond awful experience at this location. The staff are openly hostile and will do anything they can to avoid doing any work. It's clear this is a common pattern, based on many other reviews. My wife and I came here to apply for a passport for our infant daughter. We arrived during our scheduled appointment time but were told that our appointment was canceled. She said we needed to arrive 15 minutes before our appointment (though I see in another comment that someone arrived 10 minutes early and was forced to wait while the employee played on her phone, even though there was no one else there). The larger issue is that there are some services where you have to go to a post office. In any other aspect of society, if an organization or service is a failure, customers can simply go somewhere else or choose not to go there. On the State Department website, only Post Offices are listed as Passport Acceptance Facilities. Passports are a right of US citizens, yet we have to go to the USPS where employees are openly refusing to serve people."

"they hold packages forever.. i paid for priority mail to get shipped out quicker and its still in the lazy post office!! so why i paid for priority mail if its not gonna ship on time.. this place is a disgrace and it sucks big time!! They're very very lazy, this place should be closed down for all the bad reviews it has.. 2.6 with my negative review it will be 2.5 now!! this item was shipped yesterday and it is still saying pre- shipment label created and it's already in the post office.. it should say accepted... this is ridiculous!! every other post office it would've been accepted ready to head to the next destination but no it's stuck in the same lame spot.. remind you its Saturday june 15th already lets see how long it takes before an update occurs!!"

"The workers need a lot of training an how to talk to customers, You can't ask any questions because they respond is beyond rude and disrespectful. For the person responsible for this location, please train your workers especially the ladies working for passport sections " very rude the way they talk to customers. Even if you respectfully asking a question, why do you feel you need to be rude an condescending? Les do a better job with selecting workers who will bring down you company. ."

"I will literally never come here again if I can avoid it. Walked in and was told to use the kiosk - thought to myself “okay, no problem”. I was shipping a vinyl record via media mail and this wasn’t an option on the kiosk. I calmly go back to the front desk and am immediately met with hostility and told to “use the damn kiosk”… I kindly stated that the kiosk didn’t allow me to ship via media mail and was scoffed at. She said “well I’m DONE, go to the next cashier”… I look over and every other person behind the desk is on their phones. I eventually get someone to attend to me and am again met with hostility and a snarky tone “why isn’t there a label on this”, I explain the situation and ask “can you help me?”. No response. He then Prints out 2 blank labels and says “ADDRESS, RETURN ADDRESS”. I write the address down and the rest of the transaction is processed in complete silence. I was not rude and honestly wasn’t asking for much. I just wanted to ship 1 package and go about my day. Unsure what the issue is here but after reading the reviews, clearly there’s a larger problem. I am thankful for the existence of our postal service and want to support it, but my experience today was really bad and uncalled for. Upsetting, to say the least :("

"This location offers great customer service! Lehilany has been great, very knowledgeable and professional. She helped me with mailing a big bulk of packages in the most efficient way. My only concern - the label printers are ridiculously bad and get jammed all the time."
