"Friend local grocery store. Nice selection of meats at a reasonable price. Pastries are reasonably priced. Groceries are priced a little higher than larger box stores. However, you will not receive the same personalized and friendly service."

"I only shop here when I'm running errands in the plaza. A week ago (possibly 2) I was in the store picking up a few things. There was an elderly woman in the store shopping. It was obvious that she may have some mental issues as she was talking to herself aloud and her voice was hoarse. Needless to say she was shopping and going to be a paying customer. The young women ( I believe there were three) at the register were laughing at her and mocking her voice aloud for ALL the customers in the store to hear. There was also a male employee stocking shelves that loudly yelled "Did someone lose their grandma?" This is absolutely appalling behavior. It doesn't matter if this is just your high school/college job. Have some respect for your customers and other human beings. Won't be shopping here anymore."

"Very rude manager. I shop at Pats daily. The manager knows me. Went to return rotten lettuce that was in a plastic container she told me it was not rotten went and got another container to compare, I told her that you can not see though the container that in the middle it was rotten. Asked for my receipt even though she saw me the day before buying the lettuce. I told her that I did not take my receipt from the cashier. They always ask if you want your receipt. She said fine I’ll give you the $6.00 but never again without a receipt. Meanwhile I was buying other items she didn’t give me anything since it still cost me $33.00. Will never go shopping there again. Terrible customer service!!!"

"Pat's Marketplace definitely reminds me of Uncle Giuseppe's, Stew Leonard's and Kitchen Kabaret. What separates it is the location. There is a wide array of cheeses when you walk in to the left. The delicatassen and bakery are both a substantial size. There is a gelato station. What really caught my attention were the prepared salads, cooked food and seating at the exit. Normal everyday items were priced higher than you would find at a average supermarket chain."
