Dr. Meltser earned his medical degree from the State University of New York Health Sciences Center in Syracuse, NY, and completed his residency and fellowship at the prestigious National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute of the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD. Further enhancing his expertise, he pursued additional fellowships in cardiology and interventional cardiology at the Krannert Institute of Cardiology, Indiana University School of Medicine, and an endovascular fellowship at The Care Group in Indianapolis, IN.
