"Wish I could give a zero star review. Worst service to use. People are rude and incompetent. Called to confirm a ride MAS set up for me @4pm and they said okay they got it for 5:45 and I confirmed. I called back at 5:50 and the guy was rude said he didnt have any drivers said to never set up with them again. Tried to tell him he has to call MAS and change it because they are the ones who set the ride up for me and I asked him not to yell at me and he got even loudly and was badgering me."

"My grandfather has severe neurocognitive disorder. He is not medically competent to do anything, and requires 24/7 supervision. Genesee was arranged to transport him from the hospital to his new home in assisted living. While we all sat at the facility waiting for his arrival, the idiot driver instead deviated from the scheduled stop and dropped him off at his house. Alone. With no keys. In the snow. Did anybody bother to tell us that this happened? Of course not. We found out after he was an hour late and GrandeVille called Genesee to check on him. We rushed home and got him, after he had already smashed his way through the door with a hammer from the garage. This company should not exist, he could have wandered off and died."

"Just came inches from being side-swiped by one of your driver's who decided to change lanes without looking or signalling. (Car 90) It is truly scary to see this kind of absent-minded behavior from a driver who's sole job is to ensure the safe transport of other living people. To anyone reading this review that isn't affiliated with this company, invest in a dashcam. It'll protect you from drivers like the one I encountered today."
