"One of my favorite eateries in Troy, and I've been meaning to write a review for a while now. I have dairy and gluten sensitivities, and I love that I don't have to dissect the menu at Liza's looking for what I can eat. Everything is delicious, I love the cold brew with cashew milk (my go-to). Some may think it's a little bit on the pricier side, but it is a small business and I know how much GF and DF friendly food costs, so I don't mind. My husband who has no food sensitivities really likes the food here as well. I enjoyed my Friday breakfast bowl this morning :), thanks!!"
"I work just a few doors down and the cucumber avocado toast is to die for. So good, especially with the little fried garlic pieces. Love it. This place is great if you need a bite in Troy during the day and want something different than the normal heavy sandwich."
"Liza’s is amazing! She catered an assortment of desserts for my wedding - brownies, mocha brownie truffles etc. and much more! She even delivered them day off for an additional fee and set up the dessert grazing table. Liza was very responsive and professional. It true was an amazing experience working with her. A must contact for all of your catering needs!"
"I love plants! Loved sitting in a green atmosphere which was aesthetically pleasing and having some healthy brunch! Friendly staff! Food was tasty and smoothies were good. We ordered avocado & eggs and some bagels. Prices were a little higher but can understand that with the quality of the food we got to eat there! Overall a brunch place to definitely try if u haven’t!"
