"We haven't eaten here in quite a while. They specialize in huge portion of all different kinds of Mac and Cheese. My wife had the BBQ Mac. Very good she got a side order and took half home. I had a chicken salad, again very large and filling. I started off with the hot pepper sausage soup. Probably the best part of the meal. This used to be a Ground Round and the layout and decor hasn't changed much, plus seemed a bit used as my booth seat was ripped. There is a large central bar. With all the usual liquors and taps. Not a bad place not a great place. Just a good place with hefty food portions and reasonable prices. Oh yes they serve Pepsi, which I detest. Coke would have been better. Glad we tried but won't be on our must go list on the best future."

"The temporary home of the Greater Binghamton Buffalo Bills Backers (>B4) for the 2023 season. Excellent food selection on the menu. Including many WNY favorites such as the Stinger Sub, Beef on Wek, wings, large chicken tenders, pizza logs, and garbage plates. Unfortunately, they are undergoing new management, and our group didn't see the finish of opening night for the Bills. It does have a true sports bar atmosphere."

"Overall, Mooneys is a decent place to visit. They have different specials every night, which is great. The Mac and cheese is pretty good, but not as great as it's hyped up to be. The portions are large and the prices are reasonable. The restaurant is a bit dingy. And the soda was super syrupy and like of flat, so not great. They're known for their Mac and cheese so if that's your thing, it's worth visiting."

"We heard about how great the Mac & Cheese but we were disappointed. We asked the waitress if the lobster Mac & Cheese has real lobster meat and she responded with a definitely yes but It turned out to be the fake imitation lobster meat. We also ordered the spinach and artichoke one and it was very good. The whole order as compared to the side order comes in a very large portion size and probably good for two people and still would have plenty leftovers. The overall value is decent with it's good portion size, and with better staff training and the right client interaction, the restaurant should do well."
