Our institution is dedicated to providing world-class patient care, conducting innovative research, and training the next generation of medical leaders. Join our MD program to develop compassion, self-awareness, and determination in your medical career. CoSMO is run by medical students from Columbia University and offers a range of services including medical, mental health, physical therapy, social work, and health coaching to uninsured patients in Washington Heights and Northern Harlem. No insurance or payment is required to receive care at CoSMO.
