"I've been a customer of this Dunkin religiously at night with no problems, which is why I was surprised at the rude morning service. I mobile ordered a Medium Iced Coffee and received a small hot drink, and when I showed my receipt and asked for a replacement, I got a watered-down drink that tasted like mud. Get of your phone and read, please do better."
"This place is nasty. The workers are real ghetto and so unprofessional. The coffee tasted like someone used a dirty sock as filter. The donuts were so hard if you threw it at someone's head they would probably get a concussion. Don't get me started on the manager. Look up rude in the dictionary and her picture is next to the word..."
"This morning staff including the female manager is extremely unprofessional, disgusting, and extremely rude. This is a serious issue that needs to be handled. It’s been like this for years and no action seems to be taken against them. I rather walk over a mile to the nearest dunkin then deal with the attitude given here. The employees need to be taught basic manners. I can’t stress enough how unprofessional and rude these people are."

"Worst Dunkin’ Donuts. Everyone’s reviews here are legit. Time and time again this DD proved to me how much I truly can’t stand this place. The staff are not trained. Today was the last straw. I’m never coming back. I asked for one of the new flavor lattes that costed me more than regular latte, and I got burnt coffee with settlements still on the bottom. No flavor just burnt."
