"Visited and stayed 1 night in end of June, '24 and enjoyed the stay. Nice, quiet clean space and comfortable room and spotless bathroom. Appreciated the safety overview by the owner as part of the check-in process. Giving overall 4 stars (vs 5) only because: • Location and Herkimer is somewhat off the beaten path - but that may not be a downside to others • Breakfast was fine (not great) and we ended up being a bit rushed out of our serving time due to staff issues Note to anyone with physical disabilities: there are no 1st floor bedrooms"

As the coordinator, I greatly appreciated their constant communication and flexibility, especially as our schedules fluctuated. They were accommodating and understanding, making the entire booking process seamless. The artists themselves had nothing but glowing reviews about their accommodations. The rooms were comfortable and meticulously clean, providing a perfect retreat after long days of rehearsals and performances. "WONDERFUL! Gorgeous old home with great rooms. Detailed attention to guest comfort is seen and felt everywhere you look from the *first coffee* station in the hall to the chocolates and high end bathroom toiletries. Loved the robe and slippers, wifi and TV channels! Comfortable bed, air conditioned and luxurious down comforter and beautiful duvet. Haven't had breakfast yet, but ordered home baked French toast with local maple syrup, thick bacon, and 2 fried eggs! So many other entrees to select! This place is SO NICE! Can't wait to come back!"

"Super cozy and historic Bed and Breakfast. Room was incredibly clean. Bed was grand and I slept great. From the pen and welcome chocolates to the comfy robes, it all demonstrated that the proprietor notices and cares about the smaller details. Even the amenities like the shampoo and conditioner were high quality. All for a very reasonable price. Oh and the breakfast was tasty with generous portions. If you need a place to stay in the area, go for this one!"
