"I put off getting blood work done as long as I can because I NEED my coffee to even think about starting the day. So I went as a walk-in on a Saturday hoping I wouldn't have to wait long. Must have been my lucky day because I only had to wait about 20 minutes and was called back. My plebotamist was Jill and she's so skilled I hardly felt the needle. Best experience I've had getting blood drawn. Thanks Barb Ensminger"

"Horrible customer service and rude staff, but do we have an other choice? Waiting again, staff rudely comes out and states you probably won’t be seen take this paper and make an appt. That’s well and good if you want to be seen in 3 weeks to a month. Their website is cumbersome, and doesn’t list early enough spots not to have to take the day off work to be seen. 3 other people are here in the waiting room saying the same. The staff said they only have 2 workers and should have 4 staff. When they are inside we can also hear them complaining in raised voices but not quite loud enough to make out full conversation. I would go anywhere else if insurance or a true choice made that possible. I was in the chair to have blood drawn yesterday and they once again “don’t have your prescription in our system”. Won’t answer the phone to talk to anyone to confirm receipt of prescriptions, so it’s back to trying to be seen before my annual physical which I need the blood draw from."

"Absolute horrible go to the Delaware Ave location. Every time I have to come as a last resort it's a horrible experience. I had to get testing done that's an hour long. I showed up early there was no one else waiting, but I couldn't check in that early the system wouldn't let me check in that early. I could check in only 10 minutes early. Then was told that they wouldn't do my test because it's an hour long and they would be closed before completing my test, no where on the website did it stop me from being able to make my appointment at the time slot I choose for my test.The only thing I was then told was you have to reschedule. This is highly unprofessional and don't care about your medical well being! Thank you Quest for forcing me to have to reschedule my appointment and rearrange another day that I already had planned out!"

"As someone who always has a difficult time getting blood drawn (usually go through multiple techs, try’s, and end up so uncomfortable from it all) and frequently gets lightheaded I had the pleasure of gettin Jill to draw my blood twice (two separate visits). She is WONDERFUL! I can’t recommend her enough! She makes it such an easy process and takes all the stress out of it! I will be making sure to try to request her at future appointments because she is that good! Thank you so much Jill! I appreciate your professionalism and skills so much!!"

"I had an appointment, so I was seen very fast even though there were quite a few people in the waiting room. Check in is super easy and fast, and the facility was clean and decorated nice for Halloween. I'm a bit of a baby when it comes to getting blood drawn, but Anna was super nice and it was painless!"
