"I wish I could give them zero star.. please save yourself from going there. I don't right reviews for any doctors usually, unless they are super good or bad.. first of all,, the doctor was good, if anything I would say doctor was really awesome, gave a good amount of time, answered all questions and explained all concerned really in details. I had no problem with the doctor. Although the facility is super bad.. small waiting room had more then 15 people waiting there, no covid guidelines followed. No temperature taken at front. Room had hard wooden bed for infants with portable small tiny cushion on it.. that could barely fit my tall baby on it and he banged his foot so hard on that wooden bed.. upon asking why they don't have a cushioned bed, I was told by the nurse they only have it for adults. Next they give all shots separately to babies they don't have combination shots like pentacel..my baby had to take, four different shots being a 4 months baby, I was so disheartened to see that happening, my baby only got 2 combination shots which are equal to four shots in previous facility at a hospital when he was 2 months old. When I asked this to the nurse that why they don't have combination shots, she said this is a private practice and that they cannot afford those expensive pentacel types of combination shots only hospital settings have that.. I actually believed her statement. but when I called so many other private facilities they all had those combination shots beside these people. I am guessing they are just cutting corners. Front desk is rude. I called to cancel my appointment and they just hung up on me after listening I am calling to cancel and shut the phone line for lunch. Initially when I wanted to join them they gave me so much hard time to submit paperwork and other things. At that time I thought wow they are very professional people if it is so hard for me to get in this facility they might be super pro.. other incident..I kept on requesting them to change my appointment priot to my appointment for two weeks in advance because we had some major holidays coming up but they wouldn't change my appointment and just because of those heavy duty shots my baby got sick on the day of holiday and it ruined all fun for us. Other thing wait time was over 45 minutes. I m so disappointed in this facility that now I am so horrified and calling several facilities just to find out if they use wooden desk bed or regular bed for babies and that if they use combination of shots or single shots.. I didn't read any bad reviews about this facility besides one or two so imagined that this place will be awesome for my baby but I was completely wrong. If you are new and looking at this facility to join then please find time to read this lengthy honest review and decide for yourself whether you want to join them or not."

"Me son has been going here since birth (2010) and no matter how far we move we will continue to go here. The staff is very helpful and everyone from the nurses to the doctors are just so helpful and knowledgeable. We love Pediactrics on Hudson and will recommend them to anyone!"

"I have been bringing my kids since they were little and now they are teens. The team of doctors here are top notch. They're extremely knowledgeable, take time to educate you on the options, connect you with great specialists when you need and stay in touch with them and you to make sure you get 360 medical support for your children. They really care and are professional and organized. It's a great practice for your family"

"Providers think they are better than the staff. They sit a gossip about people during the staff lunch break. Ask yourself, why such a high turnover of providers? Definitely a reflection of the office. Trust me, I know from personal experience"

"I feel so lucky to have such well educated pediatricians so nearby. It is a real privilege- not being hyperbolic, if you have ever lived in other parts, you may know that finding that top docs have a practice just down the road is not so common. Incredibly knowledgeable doctors who were able to advise on a very rare situation and connect us with excellent resources. I have also always found the staff very helpful and accommodating (coming here for 3 years). The reviewer who was angry about having to wait in a crowded waiting room because he/she didn’t notice the large sign the door stating patients should call from their cars when they arrive must also not have visited their website (which says the same), looked at any of the emails they send out, or listened to the staff member who books appointments over the phone ;)."
