"The manager here LOVES overdraft fees, beware opening an account here. Explained my situation once that online banking had thrown me off not posting something the night prior, the teller took away the fee, and the manager re-added it - for being overdrafted from 5pm to 9am (the soonest I could re-add funds). I run a business and sometimes withdraws are heavy and it is replenished first thing the next morning - I still get hit with fees even after a conversation. I told them to stop or Im pulling my acct. Now I have to pull it and it is causing a huge headache business wise. The tellers are great. Not a fan of this banks management AT ALL. AND IN RESPONSE to your response below - cut and paste replies dont cut it - Ive BEEN TALKING to the bank - Im done and others should consider this careless reply before opening an account. They rip you off with a smile."

"Will not honor their customers checks unless you're also a customer. No good explanation for why. This leaves their customers bills unpaid. As a business owner be careful accepting checks from this Bank, and plan on visiting your own bank for help."
"Remember when you were a kid and your mother would bring you along on her errands? I still can recall going to the bank with her. She was greeted by name and she and her favorite teller would talk about their shared passion for growing orchids. We were treated like PEOPLE. This is still the feeling that you get when you do business with Peoples' Bank. You are seen as an individual with individual needs. You are treated with respect and your membership in this community is acknowledged by other members of this community. What a nice change from the usual way that we end up doing business."
