"The manager there Toni Ann Kelly is rude and verbally abusive too her staff. I was recently there and the way she was treating her staff made my stomach turn. I will also be reaching our to corporate, absolute disgusting."

"The store's shopping carts lock at the door which is completely unfriendly to parents, people with disabilities, and anyone buying more than one shopping bag's worth of items. I didn't realize this when I was there last week. I bought 3 bags worth of items, including some fragile glassware. When I asked the store manager how I was supposed to get my 2 year old safely to my car while carrying 3 bags without a shopping cart, she shrugged. She offered to watch my shopping cart while I pulled my car up to the front door, but then if I wanted to visit any other stores in the shopping center I would have to find another parking spot and get my toddler back out of the car. I feel bad for anyone with more than one child or someone with a disability that would make it difficult to carry their bags through the parking lot. This store also sells large furniture items. I hope that people are aware that they're on their own getting those things to their car. I understand that shopping cart theft is an issue, or maybe Burlington doesn't want to devote the staff to collecting carts from the parking lot... But it's hurting their customers."

"Always find something. Just have to be careful when ringing out. Prices don't always seem to match for some reason. Lots of items with more that one price ticket on it. Wind getting charged twice for the same thing. Didn't realize till I was already home."

"Giving this location a 2 because it is very clean but how can it not be- it’s empty! I’ve come back a few times since it opened and it disappoints every single time! Coming from a retail background you can tell this was a very rushed opening- first impressions were always important to me and If you don’t get it together here you are going to lose a lot of customers due to the lack of products. Pictures are what the majority of the sections look like, of coarse there are shelves with some products but the quality of what’s here isn’t even that good. Sorry but I won’t be coming back for a very long time, hopefully they’ll get it together by then! Good luck!"
