"Made a dentist appointment for my 3 year old daughter to start to get her comfortable going to the dentist. I had to get a babysitter for my infant son and schedule around work. We read books and talked about what would happen at the dentist to prepare her for the visit because she was nervous. Finally the day came and we arrived for the appointment 20 mins early, she was very excited now. The office looked dark and door was locked. Called the number and the receptionist said “oh I tried to call, he’s busy at a seminar all day can you come a different day”. I never received a missed call, voicemail, message or email and they had my phone number correct per verification with the receptionist. Very disappointed in customer care and needless to say they won’t be getting our business"

"A recent dental emergency is how I came to find Dr Singh at Great Lakes Dental Group Prior to seeing Dr Singh, my dental care had been handled by another dental group. The office staff at the previous practice was nice, but I always saw a different dentist every time I had an appointment. That lack of continuity in my dental health care left me with a sense of fear and trepidation. I knew I needed to find another dentist, but like most things we don’t enjoy doing, I kept putting it off. And then, my front tooth cracked. I knew I needed to find another dentist. So, I did what most of us do... I read reviews. I was impressed by the many excellent reviews left for Dr Singh by his patients. Although I was fearful due to past dental experiences ... I decided to go ahead and made an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Dr Singh is unlike any other dentist I have ever met. He immediately put me at ease with his caring, compassionate manner. And he took time to explain my options in great detail. During my procedure (which was lengthy) he was very kind and gentle. I felt a very minimal amount of pain which was amazing to me. He also took time to call and check on me afterwards which I greatly appreciated. The quality of care that Dr Singh provides is the type of high quality care that used to be an accepted standard among medical professionals many years ago. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is tired of revolving door dentistry- and wishes to achieve and maintain outstanding continuity in their dental health care. I am very happy to have found him."
