"I have been trying to obtain a portable concentrator since July 2nd. I have called repeatedly, been told the same story over and over and I am still waiting for a call from a respiratory person who apparently needs to test me. This is the 3rd time I have been told that. The woman I speak to when I call has told me the same information over and over. Either she never updates my records or just doesn't read them. I am quickly losing confidence in this company."
