"Being in hospitality for over 20 years, I can say from the moment I walked IN I felt I was taken care of! Dr. Gupta and her team are professionals, thorough and always have a smile. I had a dental procedure ( basically braces) done in Ecuador. This was a personal choice as it gave me a reason to fly more often to visit my family. I was so busy at work, I couldn’t make time or was unable to catch a flight. I called Dr. Gupta, explained her my situation and she immediately decided to treat me! She did it twice. My next visit was to remove my upper braces with the approval of my dentist back in Ecuador. Her dental assistant basically spoke to her in Spanish and acted as an interpreter. AMAZING! "If I could give 0 stars I would. As a medical professional who works in dentistry, today’s service was absolutely unacceptable. The staff was fine but the dentist Dr. Gupta not so much.. I had to go home and hand scale my own teeth because the dental cleaning was so poorly done with much tartar and plaque left on my teeth all because I declined dental radiographs as a first time patient due to being exposed to not only dental radiographs but full body radiation at my job daily. So I limit my exposure to radiation and because of this she was clearly upset and did a poor job. Scale and polish was done in about 5 minutes. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable, I will be contacting my lawyer for negligence and never coming back. I took an oath for my patients so I don’t understand how a fellow doctor can be so irresponsible. I also took time stamped pictures of the amount of tartar and plaque I had to hand scale off when I got home."

"I absolutely LOVE Dr. Gupta! She's the best dentist I've ever had. I've had headaches on and off for years and she's the only dentist who's ever closely examined my teeth well enough to suggest a mouth guard. Her staff were all so incredibly nice, respectful, and accommodating of my work schedule. I scheduled a clean-up during work and honestly, they were SO quick and efficient that I was in & out with time to spare. Highly recommend them. I've told my entire family about this practice, and my mother's already decided to switch from her dentist of 10 years."
