"Was my father's doctor before me and now mine absolutly love doctor Bianchi but the office staff has become completely incompetent and nasty. It's more important for them to belittleba patient when you have called the insurance company and spoken to them and this is what they are asking for. Constant addiitued and their phones are more important than the patients. I will be getting a new doctor strictly because of the staff"
