Founded by Callie in 2012, Crazy Beans began as a whimsical dream that blossomed into a beloved gathering spot. Callie's journey from waitress to owner is a testament to her dedication and love for the art of hospitality. In 2013, she met Tim, a talented chef with roots in Port Jefferson, and together they crafted a vision that brought their love for food and each other to life. Their passion project expanded to Stony Brook in 2014 and eventually found its way to Greenport in 2016, breathing new life into the historic Coronet Luncheonette.
