"If I could give zero star, I would. Customer service is horrible. The way they talk is not welcoming. Y’all need to learn how to talk to y’all customers politely. Will move to another bank where it’s more welcoming. Bye"
"Worst customer service ever. Their atm machine was broken n not clearly marked, i put my card in and it fell into the broken machine. So i had to go inside to ask them to retrieve it... In my pajamas. I explained the situation to the bank manager n how the machine ate my card n i jus needed it back. It was not an m&t bank card so The manager made me call the financial institution associated with my card and my job to verify it was my card in order to get it back. He was very rude and smug to me... Im guessing cuz my skins about 4 shades darker than his and i was in pajamas. I have never felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome in a bank in my life. And to think i was gonna come to that same location later today to open an account n set my direct deposit up through them. Now i wouldnt so much as use any m&t bank atm ever again. I will stick with bank of america cuz they know how to treat people like people and not like trash."
