"Don't know where these other bad reviews are coming from. They check all the boxes. They call the night before to confirm trip. Pick up time was right on point. Had problem with return trip but that might be due to bad reception"
"My experience with this company was horrible. My grandson was grabbed by their driver Manuel Noel My grandson is 5 years old because he assumed my daughter was trying to beat a fare when she was simply walking him to the front of the school to get back in tha cab. And when I called to complain and was transferred to their sister service Riverside Taxi the guy screamed at me and called me liar and hung up. Police will be involved and this was very unacceptable and scary. You don’t touch a child no matter what. Car 400 and they are very racist"
"Awful they not only come to the wrong address, they don't have the correct place in location to take you to unbelievably unprofessional."
"I had a pickup time appointment set up for my dad and uncle for a doctor's appointment and they were extremely late, when I called , they were rude and hung up. So I called back to speak to a supervisor, they lied about who she was. Then they canceled the return pickup . Please don't use this car service. The driver was nice but the the people who work there lie and extremely rude."
