"I’m highly disappointed in this company. I’m a college student who barely makes enough as is. They took a huge portion of my refund for themselves as a fee. I didn’t owe any money to the IRS. I would have liked to have been aware of the price in advance. I was forced to pay the amount to file my taxes. They offered me a discount which was okay. But the amount i payed was still a lot compared to the money I make a year. I won’t be recommending any students to this place. I believe that they should offer like a student discount. On top of that I showed the proof of how much I payed for tuition.. My experience was just really bad. They were very kind to me .. It was just the amount I was charged. I didn’t believe it was fair."
