"Save yourself the trouble and don’t move here. Housing listings should start including the sound/impact-dampening/thickness measurement of the walls of condo and apartment buildings. The walls/structure here is very thin. Meaning you can hear your neighbors stomping, slamming things, or playing loud music. And if you’re unlucky enough to also get a neighbor who smokes––substance abuse or cigarettes––their poisoned air is now your poisoned air, courtesy of the shared vents. Spinnaker, the condo management, doesn’t do a thing to help."
