"My first experience with Access Physical Therapy in Montgomery NY was last summer after I had fallen and dislocated my ankle and broke my fibula. After my ankle healed and I had gone through the physical therapy for that, I decide that I might as well have a total knee replacement done that I had been postponing for so long. I knew that the PT was not going to be easy and that it would be long. I certainly was not expecting the phenomenal kind of care that I received from the Montgomery staff. Kim and Becky always welcomed me with a smile and handled all the insurance coordination required. They also worked out a schedule that would fit my schedule and was always willing to work out changes if needed. Kevin, who is the director of the facility, designed a program that helped me regain almost all of my range of motion for my knee. He was extremely easy to talk to and always took an interest in sharing many of his life experiences as well as showing an interest in mine. Now I knew that the PT for my knee would be very difficult. But with the staff at Montgomery, my time there was absolutely wonderful. The atmosphere was very light and pleasant. While doing the therapy we would be listening to music and challenging each other as to the title of the song and the artist. I got to know each therapist quite well during my time there. I will remember Adam as the guy who was very sharp in his knowledge of music as well as sharing various techniques to help my PT. Katey, to me, is such a warm and caring person with a great smile. She always asked how I was feeling and took every effort to make me comfortable as I went through my workout. Anna definitely made my therapy fun. While she is very proficient at what she does, just like they all are, she has the most wonderful sense of humor. Bottom line is that I could never have asked for any better people to work with. Having gone through so many months of PT, I consider them like family. As I am finishing up my therapy, I know that I will miss each and every one of them. Anyone, and I mean anyone, who is in need of physical therapy, don't miss the opportunity to work with this amazing group of people. You will not regret going to Montgomery PT. They are the best of the best."

"My Access journey started at the Montgomery location. I was recommended by coworkers and I’m glad I followed through. The minute you walk in it’s such a warm and welcoming place. Kim and Becky are simply the best. I hadn’t seen Kim since I was a teenager at the eye doctor office and she remembered me like it was yesterday not 20 years ago. They’re more than just receptionists they will do anything they can to help. These wonderful ladies never stop working. Kevin is an amazing leader and therapist. Throughout my journey there many other therapists have come and gone but Kevin is always the constant. Kevin is a huge advocate for Access after I needed additional therapy and I wasn’t able to get it there he recommended OT at the Goshen location. Kevin takes huge pride in making his clients happy and he’s a staple in the community. He really gets to know you and your family. Kevin has definitely become more than just a therapist to me he’s become a friend. Kevin always brings in top notch and quality therapist to work with him. His team is eager to treat and they’re eager to constantly improve. I’ve even been to this location for vestibule therapy as well. Access is very lucky to have Kevin and his team. I’ve seen improvements after all 3 of my surgeries thanks to Kevin. I still need therapy and I know where I’ll continue to come. No matter how my therapy journey goes Kevin is the foundation that led me to having an incredible experience. Access is definitely not just a therapy company they truly care about their patients."

"After a knee replacement and in home therapy I finally started driving again. Access Therapy was my first trip, need to get my muscles and leg back to normal. The staff are all very nice and friendly and good at their job. A little more than three months after my surgery I had my last day with Access. I was glad for all the helping had from the whole staff. They made me work but I made the best of it and I feel great now walking with no pain Thank you Access Staff"

"I can’t express enough about how great this place is. All of the therapist are excellent. Their kindness and attention to each individual patient is impeccable. I was sent their with a broken knee cap and I’m still a current patient. From the first day I knew I picked the best place to recover and get my mobility back.
