Training Institute for Medical Emergencies and Rescue
The Training Institute for Medical Emergencies and Rescue (TIMER) is located at 345 Guyon Avenue in New York, United States. We offer comprehensive EMT training courses, First Aid, and CPR classes for individuals looking to start or refresh their careers in emergency medical services. Founded by Monte Posner in 1980, TIMER has a team of seasoned professionals with years of practical experience in emergency medical services. United Activities Unlimited - PS 8
United Activities Unlimited - PS 8 is an afterschool program located at 112 Lindenwood Road in New York, United States. Since 1977, United Activities Unlimited, Inc. has been providing affordable childcare activities for elementary-aged youth in various schools throughout Staten Island. The CAAT (Children’s Activities After Three) program is supervised by experienced NYC Department of Education licensed teachers and paraprofessionals who create a safe and engaging environment for students. Activities include homework help, arts and crafts, sports, and recreational games. The program operates Monday through Friday from dismissal until 5:45 pm, excluding official school holidays and half days. Parents are responsible for ensuring their child's medical needs are met, as United Activities Unlimited, Inc. does not administer medication. To secure a spot for your child, both the application and payment must be received by the UAU administrative office. For any questions about the CAAT program, please contact Enza Maniscalco, the CAAT Program Supervisor. Online payments for the program are accepted for the 2023-2024 school year, and outstanding payments for the 2022-2023 school year can be made by emailing caatpayments@unitedactivities.org. Single and recurring payment options are available, and registration forms can be scanned and emailed or mailed to the UAU office.
