Each apartment is fully furnished with a common area, kitchen, bathroom, and washer and dryer. The apartments are exclusively for first-year accepted students, with a tailored program called Admitted Student Day. Talmadge Court is just a few blocks away from the main Marist campus, providing a more independent and apartment-like living experience. Parking is available for students, and the area is patrolled by Marist Security for added safety.

Card Services is a university institution located at 3399 North Road, Poughkeepsie, New York, United States. Exclusively for first-year accepted students, Admitted Student Day is our most comprehensive tailored program. The institution is responsible for appropriately using and safeguarding the College's property, including the campus identification card. Marist College maintains a campus identification (ID) system for identification and access to various campus services, programs, and facilities. Photos in the campus ID system are owned by Marist College and may be used for educational and college-related purposes only. First Year Resident Students will receive their ID card during residence hall check-in after submitting a professional color photo. New Faculty and Staff can submit their photo after signing their contract to Human Resources. Access to residence halls, library, gym, etc. can be obtained at The Office of Safety and Security.
