"RIDICULOUS!! Before covid, Quest actually functioned as an evident company. Here we are in 2023, there are 4 employees, and they can't service 6 appointments in an hour (so days the TV monitor). They have 4 walk in appointments waiting over 2 1/2 hours. Employees are in no hurry, talking amongst themselves about their weekend, on their phones, walking around, etc. Everyone in the waiting room is bewildered at their lack of work."
