Welcome to New Life Church of God Inc., a vibrant place of worship located at 106 West 1st Street, Mount Vernon, NY 10550. Established on January 5th, 2014, our church was born from a divine calling that inspired our founder, Reverend Yvonne Gordon, to create a nurturing and welcoming environment dedicated to spiritual growth and community empowerment.

At New Life Church of God, we believe in the transformative power of faith and the importance of nurturing the whole individual. Our diverse ministries are the heartbeat of our church, each offering unique opportunities for involvement and personal growth. Whether you are drawn to the melodic harmony of our music ministry, the compassionate outreach of our community service, or the enlightening teachings of our education ministry, there is a place for you here.

Our church is dedicated to fostering love, spiritual growth, and empowerment among our congregation. We embrace the values of brotherhood, sisterhood, and unity, encouraging everyone to rise to new heights in their spiritual journey. Our youth ministry is particularly vibrant, providing a creative and energetic atmosphere where young hearts and minds can shine brightly.

We understand that visiting a new church can be daunting, but at New Life, we are committed to making your experience as comfortable as possible. Our friendly ushers are ready to welcome and seat you, and we have a special gift for all newcomers. If transportation is a concern, please let us know when you plan your visit.

Join us for Sunday School at 10:00 am, our Sunday Divine Worship Service at 11:15 am, or connect with us virtually for our Wednesday Prayer Meeting & Bible Study at 8:00 pm via Zoom. Our Friday Night Youth Meeting (Y.P.E.) is a great opportunity for young people to gather and grow in faith.

We invite you to be a part of our community and experience the joy of worship, learning, and service. Whether you're participating in our Food Drive or joining us for a special trip, there are countless ways to get involved and grow in faith.

"A Christian community is not just about saying how much you profess to love Jesus is about living the life in the footsteps of The Christ. Such is the way. Judging from the youth attendance, the vibrant participation and the energetic service, this church is definitely doing something right. I had the pleasure traveling from Florida to attend services here a few times and it was most nurturing to my spirit. I was moved beyond words, to see the youthfulness of the leadership and the genuine conviction of their actions as they participated and lead the song and other aspects of the service. This destination will certainly be on my agenda the next time I visit New York. This beautiful church which is so warm, friendly and very intimate. I truly felt I belonged."
