"The ladies that are in the front near the cashier, they need to fully understand what they are doing and how they can help customers. They don't even try to help you, their response is "I don't know, or don't worry about it". They need to understand or comprehend the skill of problem solving. This happen at 4:30 today. Not only once but three times. If you are not aware what you buy they will charge you with whatever and won't even bother to resolve it. I've been coming here for years. They need to learn how to communicate with their customers and amongst themselves. Manager needs to see what they are doing or teach them about problem solving."
