“Great little gym. The people are really nice, the setting is good and it’s well priced. Despite its small size, it has some great training tools for serious climbers like a moon board and a good spray wall. It’s size is a little limiting, but the space really makes the most of it. Worth checking out if you are in the area.”

“An awesome dojo filled with awesome people! I took the free class and never looked back. I never thought I'd be taking karate classes as an adult but I'm glad I took the leap. I'm 3 years in and I continue to learn with every class. It's a great way to stay in shape and learn life skills (self-defense, discipline, etc.). Kids and adults are separate (with the exception of Saturday class) unless you and your kiddo want to take the kid's class together. The price is very reasonable considering how many classes are available each week. I recommend anyone at least try the free class or come observe one (although I do feel like it take a little time to get comfortable with the content if you've never tried something like this before)--luckily it's a safe space! Everyone helps everyone here and we all grow together. Highly recommend Harmony Martial Arts!”
