"Refused to call in a refill for a pimple cream for me without me coming in for a visit since I was last seen 2-3 years ago. Even though the script I had I previously asked for multiple refills on and I only needed to use 1 in that 2-3 year time. Really disappointed. I had an eye doctor that was able to call in a prescription for me for pink eye when I was getting married in hawaii to hawaii pharmacy and this person couldn’t even call in a refill for a pimple cream how greedy. Will be taking business elsewhere."

"I have been a patient of Dr Michael Rodriguez who is wonderful for many years. When he is not available I have seen Dr. Andrea who is wonderful also, very caring. This past week my husband and I saw Dr. Johanna Smith and we also had a wonderful experience with her. Dr. Smith called me first thing the next morning to ask how my husband was feeling and if we needed anything, and she called again the next day. In this practice all the doctors are extremely caring and take their time with the patients. Dr. Smith you calling us the next morning was so wonderful that it may me feel I was not alone caring for my husband. THANK YOU so much for your act of kindness!!!"

"Dr. Rodriguez is great! He genuinely cares and takes the time to treat you as thoroughly as possible. I recommend him highly! I also recently saw Dorothy and she was wonderful as well. With that said, the reviews about the phone lines are true. I've been a patient for over a year and EVERYTIME I call, the phones are always busy. There's no option to leave a message to get a call back. When you do get through, you get put on hold immediately. I've tried calling different days of the week and at different times and it's always the same thing. I try to schedule my next visit in person to avoid this."

"I've been seeing Dr. Rodriguez for a few years now. He's always been thorough and very patient during my annual physicals. I never feel rushed. - Recently I called in with some ear pain and was able to secure an appointment on the same day! Even more, two weeks after that visit I was able to get a follow up visit schedule on the same day without much hassle. Dr. Cohen was also very attentive and patient with me."
