Empower Martial Arts, located at 133 Main Street in Geneseo, New York, is not just a gym, but a place where individuals come together to improve their physical and mental well-being. We recently participated in our very first tournament and were honored to win the title of “Most Supportive School” - a true testament to the close-knit family atmosphere we have cultivated. Our dedicated EmPower Senseis recently showcased their skills at the Kyokushin American – International Karate Championships, where they competed against participants from six different countries, spanning all ages and ranks. Sensei Smith and Sensei Olivia both put on impressive performances, with Sensei Smith taking home silver in empty hands and weapons kata, while Sensei Olivia secured silver in weapons kata and fourth place in empty hands kata.
