The gardens are open to the public on weekends from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. starting March 31 through November 17. To ensure the safety of employees and visitors, as well as protect the landscape and art collection, visitors are asked to adhere to certain rules. Reservations are required at least ten business days in advance, and visitors must not interrupt business operations or enter any office buildings.
