"Asked for a wash cut and blowout. Washed well, then he dried my hair and cut it dry. I thought that was so weird, it’s usually cut while wet. I asked for a blowout and he just dried it, no style, left frizzy and didn’t cut off the dry ends like I asked. Will not be returning to him"

"The receptionist is so rude. This story is for the first time I went to the hair salon. I made an appoitment in advance for Thursday. In the call she kept trying to speak Spanish with me, even though I never spoke in Spanish with her and I was always answering in English. She kept saying "Jueves," so I answered to her, "yes Thursday," always talking in English. I go to the store on Thursday and she yelled at me and was very rude. She said that I am not in the schedule and I told her that I called days before and confirmed my appoitnment for Thursday. She checked the shcedule and she said she has me for Friday. Then she realized she confused "Jueves" with "Viernes" in Spanish. It wasn't my fault because she was the one trying to speak in Spanish with me even though I never asked for it. She continued being rude, she didn't apologize and she told me that I can wait now for 30 min because everyone is bussy. I waited and I got my hair done. The second time I went was months later. I got a hair cut and a hair style. The guy who did my hair was very rude. He brushed my hair so hard it made me want to cry. He moved my head and pull my hair really hard and it was very painful. I still wanted to give this hair salon another chance, so I booked an appoitment in a phone call. The lady was very rude again and tried to speak in Spanish with me, once she heard my accent, even though I didn't ask her to speak in Spanish. I'm very mad with her but I would still keep the appoitment. I hope it is not the same as my past experiences in this place."

"Incredibly rude, will not return. This was supposed to be our second trip and we made an appointment for two toddler hair cuts a day in advance. As all parents of young kids are, we are extremely cognizant of what time we’re scheduling things for especially when it conflicts with naps. We arrive and the women at the front desk extremely aggressively insists the time she offered us over the phone is wrong (we would not have agreed to the time she claimed our appointments were for) and we need to wait 45 minutes. Snapping at us, cutting us off, acting as rudely towards me as any business I’ve ever interacted with. Go elsewhere unless you appreciate being yelled at."

"The worst place for kids hair cut. When I made the appointment, I specifically said it's for a 1 year old girl and 2 year old boy. They said they do hair cuts for them and asked us to come at 12.30. When we went in, the lady said if the kids are not behaving, she won't cut. And I said I will hold the kids. She agreed that. And once she started cutting my daughter's hair, she started crying, and the lady said she can't continue cutting because the baby is starting to kick and cry. So the baby girl ended up having a trim at the front and rest of her hair untouched. It looked weird and not at all close to what we wanted. We had to pay $20 for both the kids hair cuts, even though she didn't do the job even half. Please don't go if you want a good hair cut for your kids."
