"I arrived at office fear stricken and asked if they could knock me out Imagine my fear when I was told that was not an option ; kindly I was told but it’ll be over in no time and they give u Novocain. In my head a voice said that’s not enough run. I met the Dr and his assistant she was friendly, reassuring, a real person. She understood my fear and spoke to Dr Pan He firmly but calmly asked are u going to faint ? No I don’t think so I responded He had removed his mask making him very human and genuinely concerned you will feel pressure but no pain if you feel pain you raise your hand and I’ll stop. I’d like to begin with the top tooth bcs it’s harder to get out Novocain injected and as promised both molars removed quickly and painlessly! Now all that was left was my embarrassment ! Kindly the assistant smiled at me and announce you did great! I almost believed her the fact is they did great !! What a team, he smiled and said follow me and took me out to the receptionist Gave me instructions and made me feel like I was his only patient thank you both for taking good care of me and my fears !"

"Everyone is so kind. The staff make the experience a lot more enjoyable. My teeth cleanse went well. They scheduled me two hours after I called them for my first appointment with them. The service was fast, and I didn’t sit in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes. This dentist also doesn’t use a large amount of topical fluoride when cleaning your teeth for a general appointment (which I prefer personally b/c then you don’t need to wait 30+ min to eat or drink). Overall, great company! I plan on using them for the future. Definitely recommend."

"Love this place! Always super quick and very clean. My dental hygienist, Roz is the absolute best! Makes your experience 100% better then any other dentist office I have ever been to. She is very funny and makes you feel less nervous about the whole experience and she is very gentle during the cleaning. The doctors are always very nice and knowledgeable. This is the only place I have been going to for the past 2 years I will continue coming here. Even their front desk staff is very pleasant and polite and are very quick to take care of you. Very happy with their service and will recommend to everyone."

"Very happy to have found this practice. I was quite nervous about my visit, however, I met Dr. Lee and she was very calming, reassuring and knowledgeable! Daniela the hygienist was gentle and kind. Front desk is well equipped and prepared to help the patients! What a concept!! Needless to say , I signed up my whole family to come to Smilist (since our dentist retired). I highly recommend this practice to anyone who is in need of comprehensive dental care. . You won't regret it! Definitely a 10 out of 10!!"
