“The entire team at VCA is outstanding and provided incredible care to our beloved Border Terrier Taylor from 8 months until just shy of his 15th birthday when he passed from Melanoma. After every lab test, we received a call the next day with results. We always felt the doctors and staff went the extra mile to take care of Taylor and make sure our questions were answered. Once, Camille hand-delivered a cone to our home when it was accidentally left at the Vet and we were leaving for a flight and didn't have time to retrieve it. We also received a handwritten condolence note signed by the whole staff on Taylor's passing.”

My daughter had teeth that needed to be addressed early and she went through two phases of interventions and braces. Thanks to the doctor and her caring ways along with her assistants, we always had a pleasant experience even over such a long course of treatment. The doctor also went out of her way on several occasions when she needed an extra visit on a Saturday, or to be squeezed in when schedules were tricky. That kind of courtesy is especially unique in the medical field these days. And, the final result was amazing. My daughter's teeth are gorgeous, and that is thanks to Dr. Cannistraci.”

“My experience with Dr. Jess Hui Wen Yu has been extremely positive. She and her husband purchased the practice of Dr. Lawrence Kronenberg about 11/2 years ago. I was a patient of Dr. Kronenberg. He had an excellent reputation in the Mount Kisco NY area. He specialized in pediatric dentistry which suited me just fine as I had a fear of dentists. Dr. Kronenberg told me he had carefully vetted Dr. Yu and her husband, so I continued on with Dr. Yu. She has excellent skills and a pleasing personality. She has done fillings, cleanings and implants for me. All of the work has been of excellent quality. She carefully explains the procedures and puts me at ease. I had been to other dentists in the Mount Kisco area before becoming a patient of Dr. Kronenberg and then Dr. Yu. I would not recommend anyone other than Dr. Yu.”

There are drinks in the waiting area and a TV above you while you’re getting your work done. There are even toy machines and a game in the waiting room to make the dentist more kid friendly. They work together to combine medication, referrals for talk therapy, TMS, and ketamine therapy, as needed, to manage the chemical changes in my mood while remaining patient-centered.
