“Having recently moved to Plattsburgh I was apprehensive about finding a new doctor. I didn't have to be. I have had only two appointments with Dr. Ellsworth at Hudson Headwaters Plattsburgh but the experiences were similar. As to the facility itself I give it a A+. It's clean, quiet, comfortable, and friendly. The staff are always obliging, professional, and personable. Check ins are quick, wait times for me have been short, and the process from start to finish seamless. Dr. Ellsworth himself is also outstanding. He listens, explains in plain language, and never seems pressed for time. He doesn't change medication regiments just to justify a visit. He also doesn't make you come back more than is necessary. As I said in the start of this review, I was apprehensive about a new doctor but, I didn't need to be. I feel I am in good hands.”

“Staff is always very friendly and compassionate. When I need to make an appointment, they get me in quickly. When I explain what's going on with my health, I feel believed. A couple of days after the appointment they call to follow up and make sure things are going ok. I don't just feel like another patient being herded in and out, which is my experience with many other practices. The wait times are a little long, but not so long that it feels like a waste of time - just bring a book!”

“Unlike other reviews on here, I've never had any issues with reception and have found them to be very helpful. When I call I do sometimes have to hold for awhile, but I think it would be like that with any doctors office. I see Dr. B and Glenn and adore them both. They really listen to my concerns. My very first appt with the office was with Glenn and he spent 45 minutes with me to get my full medical history. I've never had a doctor do that before! They take a truly holistic approach and don't just try to medicate you away.”

“Very kind staff. True the wait may be long sometimes but they are involved with getting to know the patients and make sure everything is going well. If I have to wait a little bit longer than most places to make sure my child's well-being is in good hands then so be it”

“I absolutely love this place. I have the most amazing provider. She listens to me fully. She is very open minded and doesn't act like you don't know your body. She is right on top of getting back to you if you send a message through the portal. She always funny, personable, professional and she never rushes you out the door. I wish I would have found my primary so much sooner. I was nervous to go here because I have had little to no luck with people listening when it comes to thyroid or your metabolic disorder. They kinda all use generic answers not her. She is phenomenal. If you need great care go to this place.”

“Absolutely love this dentist and the staff. They worked with me on treatment plan that allowed me to get the work done that was severely needed and have been nothing but wonderful to work with. Dr. Roberts is so caring and so aware of making sure I was super comfortable and never felt any pain. Her work is phenomenal! Stevie is wonderful in helping get everything scheduled and even helped me to get in sooner when there were cancellations. The communication is outstanding and I wish I could give higher stars because they deserve it!!”

“This was my first visit to Palmer Vet Clinic and from my very first phone call I knew this was going to be a great experience. I needed a vet that sees exotic animals and Palmers has a vet on staff that sees parrots. I called on a weekend and got an appointment on Tuesday. We saw Dr. Nate Theobald and he was absolutely amazing. He took his time and was very calming. Upon arrival we were checked in quickly, brought to the exam room, seen and checked out easily. Everyone I encountered was so nice and friendly. We have a puppy that goes to a different vets office and I am thinking if the one doctor at the other office leaves, we will definitely switch to Palmers office. Thank you for the positive experience.”

“Awesome guy - George (I believe) went out of his way in the middle of a snowstorm to replace a cylinder in the engine which was misfiring. My kinds and I were worried about being stranded 4 hours from home. Thanks to his assistance, we felt comfortable pushing onward. He refused payment for the work too! Amazingly nice and solid work. Dr. Davey was very friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. Rachel is always very friendly and creates a super welcoming environment. I would definitely recommend this office! Also, they did a great job with creating a safe environment with COVID-19 safety regulations.”

“Dr.Fischer and Dr.Pellerin are some of the best vets I’ve met along with their entire team. Everyone there is so compassionate and genuinely cares for your pets wellbeing. Addison and Olivia in the front have always taken the time to answer any questions and help me with anything I was concerned about. The team goes out of their way to do personalized cards for their clients. A lot of veterinarians are jaded from all of the awful things they see but Dr. Pellerin helped us put our sweet girl to rest and we felt so much love from her. She walked us through everything and gave us so much time to process and say goodbye. Any reviews complaining about the expenses should be ignored because as most of us know veterinary care is costly anywhere.”

“As I can not reply to reviews made I would like to say to the man that is slandering a receptionist that has always only ever had the best interest of the animal and people she’s around, it is no one’s fault but your own if you have not established vet care before hand. To place blame when you yourself could have made your animals life last and be better by taking him to the vet for check ups is cruel and awful. The girls at this establishment are amazing and I could not ever say enough good things about them.”
