"Had the unfortunate experience in the drive-thru. Waited 14 minutes and the line did not move. Had to get back to work and had to play traffic cop and have the entire line back up to let me out of the ludicrous driveway layout. Went inside to alert them about line not moving and was insulted and demeaned by front desk man. The Manager was rude and never said sorry, instead resorted to excuses. Went to deposit my checks at the terminals(no tellers in bank but plenty of people doing nothing on the platform and laughing on the phones and gabbing) and only one out of 6 was open. I then turned around and the rude front desk man was standing behind me glaring. Very sad turnaround for a formerly great Credit Union. They are definitely on the greed line to abuse and fleece their customers with crazy fees, poor service due to incompetent employees in remote locations and worse in the branches."

"I can’t believe that you promise exceptional service. Your employees from the branch manager to the customer service representative to the receptionist who was too busy applying face cream to help us. I have never been treated so disrespectfully in all my life. I just read another review where your staff was making fun of an elderly customer. How disgusting Would they treat their own parents or grandparents this way? I think all of your branch leadership in Shirley should be replaced or retrained."

"Went today to complete some personal banking and it went very well, thank you to the lady who assisted me! but while i was there, the front desk person and the member services workers sat in the middle of the bank and laughed and spoke disgustingly and negatively about an elderly man who they had just served loud enough for everyone in the bank to hear. the front desk person was laughing so hard he was on the floor and could not breathe??? it was the most distasteful and rude thing i’ve ever experienced as a bystander. of course i spoke up and the lady had the nerve to shush me. after that they all walked to the back to likely continue discussing this elderly man. what a sad group of “professionals”"

"So this isn’t against the branch in Shirley itself but I was just told they will no longer cash payroll checks same day. It’s absurd enough that I still get a check but my job doesn’t offer direct deposit and now I’m left with two options find a new job or a new bank. Hey TFCU Guess which one is easier to do."

"I use this location for ATM and shared services. I have to say the vestibule is absolutely disgusting. The ATM is filthy, the paint, window sills, the peeling or chipped moulding. There is absolutely no pride taken. The floor is unkept as well. The only reason I go inside is because the ATM drive up is usually down. It really needs to be maintained."
