Additionally, there are 16 family townhouses with individual entrances, ensuring a comfortable living environment for residents. Adjacent to the high rises are six buildings with 44 units known as Steamboat Square Townhouses. These units have seen updates to the siding, roofs, exterior doors, and kitchens, with sprinkler systems installed for added safety in 2001.
