"OSI serviced our heating system on Nov. 8th, 2023. For maintenance and flush with chemicals, They charged a great deal of money. There was nothing wrong with the system. We just wanted to keep up with the maintenance. The technician didn't know what he was doing. they sent someone else. Their technicians came 3 times. I said it did not sound right that the unit was making noise but I was told it was normal. I started to have problems after OSI serviced the system. I called a local plumber. He came 6 times to figure out what was wrong since it was serviced by OSI less than 3 months ago. They changed parts that didn't take care of the problem. In the end, the plumber decided to check the pipes. Turns out the unit was not flushed and chemicals were not used at all. The water was pitch black. See the picture. It's a disgrace. Because of their lack of knowledge, we had to pay twice for the same job. We have been using OSI for more than 30 years and this is what we get. Unbelievable! Less than a star. Of course we won't be using them any more."
