"Very large and busy practice but pretty well organized. Support staff was friendly and efficient. Extra kudos to Dr Hendler’s PA who was extremely knowledgeable, explained my test results thoroughly, and answered all my questions. Dr Hendler went over the data again and made sure I understood everything. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the long wait time (more than 30 min) while I was in the examining room before being seen (they were behind schedule)"

"The office was very clean. There were several receptionists, so check in was pretty quick. My blood draw was painless. Dr Hendler was thorough and took the time to answer all of my questions. It took a while for him to arrive in the exam room, but that's kind of par for the course. It's a busy practice. He was easy to talk to. The building is fully handicapped accessible with ramps, sliding doors and wheelchairs available at the entrance. There is ample parking. It was my first visit. There is an extensive questionnaire that is filled out on line for new patients. That's not a complaint. Overall the experience was as good as could be expected for a medical appointment."
