"COMPLETELY UNTRUSTWORTHY. They got me to leave my phone with them for a FREE written water damage repairestimate for my insurance company. I was called the next day and told that my free estimate is ready for pickup. However, when I came to the store they refused to give me a copy of the estimate unless I give them $25. They claimed it was a miscommunication. But when I offered to play them a recording of the phone conversation where I was told that the written estimate is free the refused to listen. The lesson is: STAY AWAY!!!!! UPDATE: I have just read the business' response to my review and it just proves my point about this business being completely DISHONEST. I have no idea about $450 estimate that they are talking about. My phone is sold BRAND NEW for $175-$200. How could I ask my insurance for $450 to repair my phone when I paid a fraction of that for it. The business' response just shows that they'd claim anything to get customers even if it makes no sense at all. If anyone is interested in checking on my story I have recorded phone conversations and emails from business proving that what I said in my review is the truth."
