"HORRIBLE ordering experience. I tried to buy the necessary tool twice (orders Order #100901041242054223 and Order #100901041242071855), in both cases the order was canceled allegedly due to the lack of goods - the presence of 2 pieces in the store was indicated. As a result, I had to overpay and order on Amazon, but there was a promotion with an additional battery and unfortunately I couldn’t take advantage of it. If someone, like me, urgently needs a tool and the conditions seem favorable, look for the product elsewhere, this is a scam"

"No customer service. EVER. Employees — the few you can find in the floor — don’t care and will even say ‘go to Home Depot.’ Management, if you can find them, cares even less. This is consistently the case over years of grudgingly going there - mostly for stuff that doesn’t require help."

"Who ever the blonde lady is at the pro desk at 9am the morning of 10/21/23. Having a bad day or just a non helpful employee. First she was on the video chat with grand kids it sounded then realized I was standing there. I ask her if you all had treated ply wood because its not on the bottom shelf. She said yes it's black there an pointed. Then I said yes I know where you all keep the wood. Can you look in your system to see if you have in stock, or see if another store has it. At first she said not in stock, then she found some and said it was outside and to go outside and find the guys to have them bring it in. I said well can't you use that radio there or do I have to go find these guys or do u need to do that. She seemed discusted and hoped off the stool and huffed and went and got the guys out side. Ty Johnson done the order for me and she's the employee of the month. And so is Chris he helped find the material and even made sure that there wasn't other longer material in stock. Now that's customer service."

"My husband and I visited the store in July to purchase a refrigerator. We reach out to lowes online but decided to go to the store to ensure we were getting the correct item. We were assisted by Emma and THE MANAGER. I explained that we needed a 220 volts refrigerator because it was going to be shipped outside the US. They showed us a few products, confirmed it was the right one we needed and sold it to us. Taking their word for it, it was delivered and shipped to it's destination, only for us to find out we were sold and sent the incorrect item. ( a 110 volts refrigerator) They took no responsibility for TAKING OUR MONEY AND SENDING US THE INCORRECT ITEM! the last Manger I spoke with said "just let you card company deal with it" I have never dealt with such incompetence, disrespect and lack of care from a company in the United States before. THE WORST EVER! we will definitely be reaching out to their head office."

"I’d like to start by saying I don’t really leave negative reviews especially ones trashing employees but I went ikea on Saturday evening with a friend and pick out some plants. The store was clean and there were no lines. I got a plant on clearance and asked one of the associates named Karen to help me because there was no barcode on the plant. She was incredibly rude and didn’t even bother helping. My friend had to go get another plant to scan while the associate just stood there. I was super surprised to see her name on the wall, she had won employee of the month for 3 months!!"
