"My wife and I have been bringing our cars to 3 Village for 25 years. Rich, Ken and, now, Mark provide excellent service, can't say enough good stuff about them. Years ago, my wife's car was just out of warranty and blew a head gasket. Rich diagnosed the problem but rather than just giving us an estimate for doing the work (which was very substantial) he suggested we contact the manufacturer rep to have them fix it since it was just beyond the warranty and shouldn't have happened. The manufacturer did the repair at no cost to us. Rich lost a big job but gained life long customers. Talk about honesty. Highly recommend 3 Village Automotive Center. They do great work at reasonable prices and even graciously put up with DIYers like me."
