Rafter's Tavern, located at 28 Upper Main Street in Callicoon, New York, is a unique institution that combines a bar, food, liquor store, restaurant, and store all in one. The owners, Molly and her best friend Keith, stumbled upon Callicoon in 2010 and fell in love with the charm of the town. They eventually bought a small farm and decided to go into business together when they heard a bar was for sale. The tavern features a proper stage with stage lighting and old-timey clamshell footlights, where musicians from all over come to perform every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
