"Most unprofessional and dangerous bunch of so-called doctors on the planet. Mohsin Syed in particular. Important to note that I was an established patient. Already knew I had COVID due to home test. Called for a sick appointment. Trying to get PAXLOVID during the 48 hour window. Could not see me for three weeks!!! Suggested their Urgent Care. Urgent Care not seeing COVID positive patients! Called Syed's office back. Their solution - go to the emergency room! Demanded something be done and they hung up on me. Several days later got a letter that I had been discharged from the practice due to an "irrevocable breakdown in doctor patient relationship". You bet! If you want a caring, compassionate primary care this is NOT the place to go. All they seem to know how to do is produce a bill. They excel in that!"
"Dr. Syed is the most caring , compassionate doctor I have ever had. He and his staff are always so kind and courteous. As for wait time , I would wait as long as it takes to be seen by Dr. Syed and his staff. Patience and honesty are very important from us as patients and Dr. Syed and his staff truly show both for us . I 100% without a doubt and no complaints highly recommend Dr. Syed . Thank you Dr. Syed and staff for helping me with everything I'm going through . I appreciate you all !"
"I like Dr. Syed. I do think he's a good doctor but his staff seriously. The lady at the front desk told me after my third left message within 4 days that sometimes the nurse just ignores the calls. How do you ignore your patience when they're suffering seriously??"
"I’ve been going to Dr Syed for almost 7 years now. I literally trust my life to him! His staff is amazing as well. Jill is one of the most amazing nurses I’ve ever had. As long as Dr Syed stays in this area and practices medicine I will never go to another doctor. He’s completely turned my life around and made me a better healthier person.
