"Made an appointment told them I was pregnant and the girl told me that was fine . I got a note from my obgyn , even my ob said everything was fine . Told me they wouldn’t fix a broken tooth or fix cavities only clean my teeth . So what’s the point ? Feel like my time was wasted . I even wrote on the paper I was pregnant and the hygienist didn’t know till I told her myself . Doesn’t seem like the office knows their policy’s cause they should have told me when I made the appointment to just wait . Hygienist was aggravated with me cause I didn’t want anything done unless they were gonna fix the broken tooth / cavities. Time wasted when all could have been avoided. I don’t recommend to anyone ."

"I have never received such great care in my life! The beautiful lady’s Tiffany and Loretta helped me with my serve tooth infection, helping with my insurance and finding the best place to get my tooth taken out! I really don’t know what I would do if I haven’t come in today. I don’t think I can stress enough how kind and wonderful everyone was to me in my time of need. "Update: I just got my new crown inserted then my teeth cleaning. My experience was really positive with staff who were friendly and respectful. I learned some things from my hygienist to improve my teeth care. Shout out to Nick who was just nice and friendly as he was taking X-rays. And guess what? I got my toothbrush, toothpaste and tooth picks in a little plastic bag. Yes! ****************************** I went to Quality Dental Care for the first time this morning, and had a decent teeth cleaning and x-rays. It's a large and busy practice with a roomy waiting area and a cool "window" above with clouds. The dental technician (I wish I can recall her name now) was wonderful - kind, considerate, and informative. The front desk person was also helpful. I had filled out all the paperwork in advance, which surprised her. The dental rooms are all roomy enough and completely open with no doors. I felt fine about that, as it's way to keep staff accountable (I presume). Two things that were different - I never saw the dentist. Instead the dental technician consulted with the dentist and came back to me. Maybe there's only one dentist (?). On the one hand, I would've liked to meet the dentist and have him check my teeth. On the other hand, it does save time. Also, they don't give a goodie bag with a new toothbrush, toothpaste and dental floss. Not a biggie but definitely different than any other place I've been to. So, just one star off for not seeing the dentist and no goodie bag (!) They didn't sell me on anything except to ask me how I felt if they checked with my insurance about replacing two crowns (which I know I've needed for some time), and that I should observe how I may be clenching my teeth. If I was, they'd recommend that I try an OTC night guard as it's much less expensive. Regarding the person who makes appointments, I frankly wasn't put off by her directness. Instead, I kind of laughed, and told her I appreciated her forthright manner. This past Monday she called me after I left a voicemail over the weekend about possibly rescheduling my appointment due to the snowstorm. She said that it wasn't probably be an issue but I was welcome to call on the morning of the appointment to cancel if weather didn't improve."

"Best Dental Group! I would give a million stars! Dr. Z, his amazing assistant along with Dr. Ennabi, every provider and staff at Quality Dental are excellent! They stayed late numerous amount of times to relieve me from pain last minute. They are beyond gentle, kind, very supportive, and thorough when performing the process. They are very professional, I would recommend Quality Dental to everyone. Absolute best dentist I have ever had."
