"one too many negative experiences here. The final straw being given an appointment to fill cavities after I explained that I had x rays from another office to which they said okay and gave me appointment, only to call the day before and be told that they needed to move my appointment and that it was the doctors "policy" that he get his own x rays even though mine were only a week old and that since my insurance covered the first ones, i would need to pay him out of pocket. this was before they ever even saw the x rays so its not like they were poorly taken or anything. not to mention the year before, he missed a cavity I had so at the next 6 month check up with a different dentist at the same office, I was told I nearly needed a root canal because the cavity had been there so long and they were shocked it was missed."

"This is long overdue but needs to be said. I never write bad reviews but considering how long it took for my kid's mouth to heal, I am going to bet they paid for the few reviews they had. I made the mistake of believing the reviews on here. The truth is, this place is all about how much money they can bill your insurance company for anything and everything they can bill for. First of all, the receptionist was really nasty to us when we booked the appointment. We should have taken that as a sign and canceled. My kid needed a filling and they cut into the gum with the drill while putting it in. It took forever for the swelling and bruising to go down. No solid food for a week! Never again! This place ought to be shut down."

"Dr. Khilwani is a great communicator, which is very important to me when it comes to my healthcare. I have been to other dentists who do not explain procedures and seem to get annoyed if you ask even one question. My experience with Dr. Khilwani was quite the opposite. He patiently answered all of my questions regarding various procedures. In all honesty, many doctors have an air of arrogance, but Dr. Khilwani was totally down to earth with me. The actual care I received from him was excellent as well. His staff are very attentive and professional also. I’m 55 years old and I’ve been to plenty of dentists in my life and by far my experience with him is the best that I’ve ever had. I would obviously recommend his services to anyone."

"This was my first time at this office. I walked in at 9:45am for my 10am appointment. There was nobody at the desk. I waited about 5 minutes and someone came and gave me paperwork to fill out. The assistant took me back and took X-rays. She was very nice. It took a while for the dentist to come in but I understood because the office was busy. However, the dentist rushed through my cleaning (it may have only lasted 5 minutes) and was not gentle at all, even when I was making it obvious that I was in pain/uncomfortable! Now I understand being behind schedule, but it was the office that overbooked the 10am appointments and they should have known better! There were 3 people booked all for a 10am appointment with only one dentist! The dentist was distracted, not thorough and was not personable at all. I was spitting out pieces of my gums he was so rough!! I will not be returning here and I suggest that if you’re looking for a dentist who doesn’t make you feel like you were punched in the mouth, look elsewhere."
