"I'm really like renting from budget and in most cases the cars are great and service fantastic. This time there were two issues, the inside windshield had some kind of greasy film which we didn't realize until it started to get dark. The other issue was no windshield washer fluid."
"Overcharged by $17.99. I filled the car with gas. Attendant at airport agreed it was full. She never asked me for a receipt though I would’ve happily provided. A phone call to Budget the next day did fix the problem quickly. Nonetheless, be aware and pay attention to your bill."
"We received a vehicle that had not been cleaned or checked. It still had the previous renters glasses and rental agreement still sitting in the front seat. The outside and inside of the vehicle was dirty. The passenger window would not roll back up and it had no windshield washer fluid. The vehicle drove very rough and there is no telling what kind of maintenance it needed. We ended up cutting our trip short for fear of maintenance issues and returned the vehicle early and were told we would not get a refund for early return. Very sad response from multiple people across Budget. Will not rent from them again."
"I was going to write a detailed review of my experience but decided to keep it as brief as possible. This place is very shady. We prepaid for a Premium size vehicle but when we got there the Manager Gina said they don't even carry Premium in their fleet, which she neglected to mention the numerous times I called to ask questions about the reservation. Was given a Standard vehicle at Premium price. She didn't even pretend to try to accommodate us although she admitted that the website had a "glitch" the day I made my reservation. Hmm ok. You could tell the car wasn't cleaned and it was run down. I was charged again 3 different times, three different prices on my credit card after I returned the vehicle, although it was prepaid for and overly priced. I had to keep calling to get the charges removed. It was a terrible experience. I would never recommend this place."
