"Overpriced and lacking in competitors' amenities, like cable and valet trash pick up. I will always be grateful to the property manager, Heather Buchheit, who is a Saint and has helped many people, including me - not once, but twice- secure housing in a pinch. But if I hadn't found myself in a pinch, I would have have gone somewhere else with a better view and more bang for my buck. The goose poop that's always on the grounds also puts my dogs' health in danger, since they've developed the unshakable habit of eating it."

"My daughter needed a short term studio rental and Heather was great in helping secure one for her timeframe. The apartment was large and clean when she arrived and had no issues while living there. Heather and her team were quickly responsive to any requests. I highly recommend the apartment complex! 12/2023"

"My son, while attending UB stayed at Creekview for 3 years and I can honestly say it was a great place for him. We only had one issue with the ceiling fan in the bathroom and they took care of it the day after I requested a work order. Buffalo weather can be tough and the parking lots and sidewalks were always in great shape. I also felt my son was safe there, which as a parent was so important to me. The complex is always clean and well maintained. The property manager Heather was always so pleasant and easy to work with. She was always so patient with the million questions I asked. This is a really nice complex and you can't go wrong living at Creekview!!"

"Living here was a great experience! Heather is the BEST property manager I've ever had. She has been so kind since I first reached out to inquire about living here. I lived here for two years and I loved it. Great place for college students. All utilities and Wi-Fi included on top of being completely furnished! For someone who's looking to live in Buffalo but not plant permanent roots (like I was) this is the perfect place!"

"As a Jewish resident, I was extremely uncomfortable living at Creekview Court. It was deeply disturbing to find a swastika painted on a neighboring unit's door. This lack of concern for tenant safety and security was alarming and made me feel unsafe. In addition to this, the noise level in the complex was unbearable. I was regularly woken up by people shouting and arguing loudly in the early morning hours. It was clear that the management did not take appropriate measures to vet tenants. Furthermore, I had issues with my security deposit. The management charged me for a damaged elevator that was already damaged before moving out my stuff and for a generic cleaning fee, despite my efforts to clean the unit thoroughly. Despite my repeated requests for concrete evidence, like cameras facing the elevator, the management could not provide any, and instead relied on hearsay. Overall, I cannot recommend Creekview Court as a place to live, particularly for Jewish residents or anyone who values their safety and security. The management's negligence and disregard for tenant safety, as well as the unbearable noise level, make this apartment complex an unsuitable place to call home."
