“I’ve been seeing Dr. Michael Regina for almost 10 years for a few different issues I had and he is always able to diagnose the issue on the first appointment and actively work with me to treat my pain. He genuinely loves what he does and cares for his patients, making it 10x easier to show up for the appointments and work on yourself. My pain is always gone by the end of his treatment plan and I leave here each time feeling better than before. All of the staff in here are super friendly and actively care for patients’ well-being. I’ve recommended Dr. Mike & Hands-On to anyone in my life who needs PT and will continue to do so as he is truly the best at what he does. 10/10 physical therapy office!”

“Frank is the best physical Therapist you will ever have. I've reached levels of recovery with my arm and hand injury that are unheard of in a rapid time. The strength and mobility I have is as if I never got injured at all. Even my orthopedic was blown away with how fast I recovered with my Injury with Frank as my PT. I truly recommend him to anybody with an injury. The whole staff there is amazing. No matter what therapist you have working on you, be sure you will be taken care of so well. Kalvin and Alana are so great. Julia and Peter are so welcoming and make you feel comfortable right away. Even the front desk Donna, is so sweet and will accommodate you accordingly. “Dr. Guo is a wonderful doctor. He is kind, thorough, and listens to his patient. My dad suffered from knee pain and went for a consult. After he reviewed the X-ray report and did a physical exam, he knew there was more going on and ordered a MRI, which showed a meniscus tear. Dr. Guo explained the treatment plan in detail and made sure we understood the process. He will not push you to do injection on the spot, he lets you take control of your health. We will be going back there for injection. I highly recommend Dr. Guo for all who needs a good and attentive doctor.”

Rob regularly rolls with his students and does it at the appropriate level. While they stay on top of all new and emerging styles, they always gear towards practical Jiu Jitsu that can easily translate to MMA or a street situation. All students are welcoming and treat EVERYONE with respect. If you are experienced or a first timer, this is the place to go.”

“I cannot say enough about Fierce Dragon!! I was first introduced to them during a Summer Camp fair at my son's pre-school program. I was floored by how warm and friendly the two coaches present were. While other summer camps sounded amazing, they seemed hectic and hard to almost "keep track" of your child. I was concerned with Fierce Dragon being an indoors mostly program, but let me tell you, I could not be happier I went with my gut and enrolled my son for the summer. He is entering K in fall so he is only 4 years old, and he LOVES Fierce Dragon. He loves every single one of his coaches and comes home happy and blissfully tired from being challenged physically and mentally all day. Their communication with parents is incredible and the security there is on point. A single point of access that is quite literally always manned = total peace of mind. I am now hooked and have enrolled my son in after school there for the school year and will be enrolling in other classes there soon. If you are considering them for any of the above, Summer Camp, School Break Camps, after school, classes do NOT hesitate. What a hidden gem in Whitestone ”

“Dr. Markouizos is the best doctor I’ve ever met! He’s so knowledgeable and trustworthy! We’re so lucky that he’s our daughter’s pediatrician! My baby had a milk allergy and she was crying all the time when she was born. Dr. Markouizos found out that it was milk allergy right away, with only three questions that he made to us. He’s unbelievable! Since then our baby’s been always happy. No crying. I keep saying that to all the parents I know. Every time that the baby is sick we visit Dr. Markouizos and he always cares so much! When our baby had RSV, his help and support was outstanding! They also called the hospital from his office and they were waiting for us. The whole staff is fantastic! The other doctors as well. We saw Dr. Chunk a couple of times and he’s also an amazing doctor! Dr. Markouizos consistently checks up on my baby to make sure she feels better. He calls me when she’s sick and he cares so much that I can tell that he loves what he’s doing! We’re grateful that Dr. Markouizos is our daughter’s doctor! He’s the best!”
